Booking and Payment:

All bookings require a deposit to secure your reservation. Full payment is due 30 days before your trip departure date. Prices are subject to change until booking is confirmed with deposit.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations made 60+ days before departure: Full refund minus processing fee. Cancellations made 30-59 days before: 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 30 days before: No refund, but credit toward future trip may be available.

Travel Requirements:

Participants must have valid identification and any required travel documents. Some trips may have age, health, or fitness requirements. You are responsible for obtaining necessary travel insurance.

Safety and Conduct:

Your safety is our priority. You must follow all safety guidelines and instructions from our guides. We reserve the right to remove participants who engage in unsafe or disruptive behavior without refund.
